About Us

Iced Out was built to bring authentic Philly water ice to Dallas-Fort Worth while creating memorable experiences for schools, communities, companies, and families. From elementary field days and PTA events to corporate celebrations and city festivals, we show up ready to serve.
Founder Dawone Marshall runs the truck and the operation. It's a family-run business — you'll often see his wife Tiffany helping at events — specializing in high-volume service, from our full truck experience to indoor scoop bars and pre-scooped cooler options. Whether you're serving 50 guests or 1,000+, we're built for it.
