Yes. We regularly serve schools during lunch periods, reward days, field days, testing celebrations, and other events with structured schedules. We'll help determine the best service plan for your campus.
Can you work around our bell schedule?
Yes. Tell us your serving window and we'll plan the fastest flow — we're used to working around bell schedules, lunch periods, and testing days.
Do you offer indoor service?
Yes. In addition to our truck, we offer an indoor scoop bar setup that works well for cafeterias, gyms, multipurpose rooms, and other indoor school spaces.
How many flavors can we offer?
For maximum speed, we typically recommend 3-4 flavors for large school events. We can discuss additional options based on your event size and schedule.
Do you offer allergy-friendly or dye-free options?
Yes. Many of our flavors are dairy-free, fat-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, and we also offer select dye-free flavors. If your school has specific dietary concerns, let us know and we'll recommend the best flavor options for your event.
Can students pre-order flavors?
Yes. Many schools use pre-orders for field days, reward days, and fundraisers. This helps speed up service and improve planning.
Do you offer fundraiser programs?

Do you require electricity or hookups?
No. Our truck is self-contained and does not require outside power. Indoor scoop bar setups have minimal setup requirements, which we'll review during planning.

Spring field days, teacher appreciation events, and end-of-year celebrations often book weeks or months in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
What's the difference between Philly Water Ice and a snow cone?
Philly Water Ice is a smooth, scoopable frozen dessert with flavor blended throughout every bite. Unlike snow cones, it doesn't rely on flavored syrup poured over crushed ice.
