The Story
Meet the Founder
Iced Out was built on vision, hustle, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Founder Dawone Marshall discovered Philly water ice while living in California and saw an opportunity to bring something different to Dallas-Fort Worth. After relocating to Texas, he launched Iced Out to introduce a smoother, more flavorful alternative to traditional frozen treats.
In 2024, Dawone built the Iced Out truck from the ground up, creating a fully custom, solar-powered setup designed for quality, efficiency, and high-volume service.
Iced Out is a husband-and-wife operation: Dawone runs operations, logistics, and the technology that keeps lines moving, while Tiffany leads business development and the school district, PTA, and corporate partnerships that keep the calendar full. Together they deliver a premium experience at every event, from small gatherings to large-scale crowds.
