What exactly is Philly Water Ice?
Philly Water Ice is a smooth, scoopable frozen dessert where the flavor is blended into the ice — not poured on top like a snow cone. It's dairy-free, ultra-refreshing, and packed with flavor in every bite.
How is it different from a snow cone or shaved ice?
Snow cones are made with crunchy ice and syrup drizzled over the top. Shaved ice is finer, but still syrup-based. Philly Water Ice is smoother, blended during freezing, and never syrupy. It's a whole different level.
Do you make it yourself?
Absolutely. Every batch is handmade in small quantities to keep the flavor fresh and the quality high. We don't do shortcuts — only scoop-worthy perfection.
What makes it “Philly”?
The texture. The flavor. The vibe. Philly Water Ice is made the Philly way — smooth, bold, and unapologetically delicious. We may not be from Philly, but we are Philly-approved.
Are your flavors dairy-free and allergy-friendly?
Yes! All of our water ice flavors are 100% dairy-free and nut-free (with the exception of Pina Colada, it contains coconut). All of our flavors are vegan!
What types of events do you cater?
We scoop at all kinds of events — school field days, team celebrations, festivals, corporate events, private parties, weddings, and more. Whether it's a community gathering or a VIP celebration, we bring the chill.
What's the difference between private catering and community/school events?
Private catering is for exclusive events like corporate parties, birthdays, weddings, or private gatherings. This may include catering at a school (think Teacher Appreciation). Community & school events include festivals, sporting events, and school functions open to the public or a large group.
Can you serve indoor corporate or school events?
Yes. Our scoop bar and cooler delivery options are ideal for indoor venues.
